• Prepare systematic approaches to cleaning, repair, and maintenance of building, grounds, equipment, and related facilities.
• Perform minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, and repairs.
• Clean and repair building fixtures, including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure efficient operation of building systems.
• Execute janitorial duties when necessary, including restrooms, furniture, floors, waste, ladders, grounds, and landscaping.
• Support landscaping and exterior maintenance of buildings and fence lines.
• Maintain facility safety and cleanliness at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• One to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience as a janitor or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances.
• Familiarity with basic handyman and landscaping practices.
• Attention to detail, conscientiousness, respect for direction.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Honest, reliable, and integrity in all job tasks.
• Effective conflict resolution and constructive collaboration.
• Strong sense of urgency to meet customer needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to support plant flow.
