Job Summary: The Lead Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for leading and delegating tasks to housekeeping staff, ensuring the completion of assigned duties such as maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of all designated areas including suites, restrooms, dressing rooms, entrance ways, stairwells, elevators, escalators, and exteriors.

Essential Duties:

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments.
• Flexibility to work extended shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with cleaning methods, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to lift and move materials and equipment up to 40 lbs.
• Capability to position oneself for cleaning over, under, and through areas.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and move about the venue including stairs, elevators, and escalators.
