Job Summary: Housekeeping Associates are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all general areas, restrooms, dressing rooms, entrance ways, stairwells, elevators, escalators, and exteriors prior, during and after events. This position requires an eye for detail and the ability to perform under pressure and follow verbal instructions in a fast‑paced environment. Housekeeping staff works cohesively with all employees at the T‑Mobile Center to maintain a superior level of service.

• Perform detailed cleaning: vacuuming, mopping, wiping, sweeping, cleaning spills and fluids, and floor maintenance throughout the venue following assigned procedures.
• Respond to housekeeping calls during and after events, reporting any facility damages promptly and professionally.
• Operate housekeeping equipment (vacuums, brooms, mops, buckets, wringers, toilet brushes, garbage liners, cleaning cloths, gloves, masks, cleaning solutions).
• Maintain a neat appearance and wear the proper uniform as directed by management.
• Clean, re‑stock, and maintain restrooms and supply rooms.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures; attend required company‑provided trainings.
• Collaborate with coworkers, maintain facilities’ cleanliness, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of custodial experience in a large multi‑use facility.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively and efficiently in a high‑pressure environment.
• Dependable with flexible shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain good business relations with employees and managers in other departments.
• Physically capable of kneeling, bending, stooping, sweeping, mopping, walking up/down stairs, pushing, pulling, reaching, carrying trash, garbage, and buckets; lifting up to 30 lbs. for 6+ hours continuously.
• Wear proper PPE; able to work in adverse conditions such as fumes, wet floors, dust, and noise.
• Conduct oneself professionally when dealing with staff, clients, guests, and supervisors.

• Prior experience in a cleaning environment, methods, supplies, and equipment is desired but not required.
