Job Summary

FISD is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time DISHWASHER positions located at Pembroke Hill, 400 West 51st, Kansas City, MO 64112. Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. No experience is required; training will be provided.

• Scrape, rinse, and wash dirty dishes by hand or place them in racks or on conveyors for the dishwashing machine.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays according to procedures and ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silverware using burnishing machine, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth.
• Maintain compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
