Mig welder - $22/hr-$25/hr HIRING IMMEDIATELY

A company specializing in concrete forms is seeking qualified MIG welders experienced in working with aluminum.

For this role you will be responsible for sharpening the future of construction, ensuring high-quality aluminum welds and supporting the broader team to meet production goals. Your work will involve occasional administrative tasks, such as picking up trash, loading trucks, cleaning work areas, and servicing equipment.

• Perform MIG welding on aluminum materials.
• Collaborate with a team of welders to meet production goals.
• Assist with tasks outside welding, such as picking up trash, loading trucks, cleaning work areas, and servicing equipment.

• Proficiency in MIG welding.
• Experience with aluminum welding.
• At least 1 year of MIG welding experience.

The position is based in a non-climate-controlled facility, with welders working towards the center. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to about 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays. The dress code requires jeans or cotton dress pants and long sleeve shirts while welding.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of KANSAS CITY, MO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in KANSAS CITY, MO.
