Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Coho Integrated Solutions is seeking a Production Manager to oversee day‑to‑day records operations and production activities at the USCIS National Records Center (NRC) located in Kansas City, Missouri. This role ensures operational efficiency, adherence to procedures, and high levels of customer satisfaction while serving as acting Program Manager when required.
Responsibilities- Coordinate daily operational and production activities
- Communicate effectively with Government oversight personnel
- Prepare and update SOPs and operational documentation
- Conduct fact‑finding for special projects and government inquiries
- Deliver written and oral briefings to management officials
- Manage time‑sensitive operational issues and high‑pressure situations
- Monitor customer satisfaction and service delivery performance
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and training plans
- Act as Program Manager in the PM’s absence
- Security Clearance:
- Active Secret clearance
- Education and
Certifications:- Bachelor’s degree in program management, business or public administration, operations/quality management, technical management, information systems, engineering, or finance/accounting
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, as certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) (may substitute for degree)
- Six Sigma Black Belt (or ability to obtain within 180 days of contract award) from ASQ, IASSC, or Council for Six Sigma Certification
- Experience:
- Minimum three (3) years of recent (within the last 5 years) operations, site, production, or project management experience
- Additional Requirements:
- Ability to report onsite within hours when requested
- After‑hours facility access for emergency file retrieval
- 24/7 availability for emergency response
$100,000 – $145,000 USD
