** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Own the capability program lifecycle**, ensuring initiatives are planned, designed, delivered, reviewed, and continuously improved.
* ** Design structured learning experiences
** by translating business priorities into clear agendas, session flows, and engagement formats.
* ** Manage the enterprise capability calendar**, aligning program timing with organisational priorities and coordinating communication across stakeholders.
* ** Lead participant communication and coordination**, ensuring sessions are clearly briefed, professionally organised, and smoothly executed.
* ** Facilitate and host programs**, acting as trainer, facilitator, or emcee where required, and confidently guiding session flow and transitions.
* ** Drive learning effectiveness**, implementing knowledge checks, assessments, and engagement tools to measure retention and uplift.
* ** Translate insights into improvement**, working with content owners and speakers to refine design and delivery based on feedback and data.
* ** Maintain program branding and professionalism**, ensuring consistent tone, materials quality, and delivery standards.
* ** Work closely with the Capability Analyst**, delegating operational execution while retaining ownership of program quality and impact.
