Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Stand Manager, located in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. The Stand Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and motivate the team, ensure outstanding customer service, and maintain a fun, high‑energy environment. Responsibilities include managing workflows, coordinating scheduling, ensuring compliance with company standards, and fostering positivity and teamwork.
Qualifications- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with team members and customers.
- Understanding of operational management, including scheduling, inventory, and compliance with company policies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy work environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and lead by example.
