Rock Dental Brands, a leader in the DSO industry, is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated, confident, and experienced leader to join our team as a Clinic Regional Manager, supporting our Pediatric and Oral Surgery clinics. You will lead a team of Practice Managers through daily operations and ensure KPI attainment.
The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and managing all operational aspects of the clinics assigned. The ROM's first priority is to ensure the Practice Managers are providing the best quality care for our patients. The Area Manager will travel to each clinic, hire, train, and develop staff.
Responsibilities- Communicate company objectives to all practice team leaders through organized and scheduled email communications, video conferences, phone calls, and emails.
- Manage practice teams toward maintaining acceptable operational and human resource standards and ensuring all processes are followed.
- Supervise Team Leaders.
- Enforce processes for practices to maintain accountability based on KPIs.
- Ensure KPIs set in conjunction with the VP of Clinical Operations are maintained by all practice units.
- Manage clinics to operate within the budget defined by the KPIs.
- Ensure that all practice managers, doctors, and teams greet, engage, and manage the flow toward an outstanding customer experience.
- Set and manage measurable customer service results and have regular conversations with teams about customer service.
- Conduct training on a consistent basis across practices regarding human resources, compliance, and technical topics.
- Conduct regular inspections.
- 3-5 years of business management experience.
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills with both staff and doctors.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to apply analytics results to process improvement and strategic thinking.
- Ability to travel 50-60% of the time, as needed.
- This role supports clinics in NE Arkansas up to the Kansas City, MO area. Because of travel requirements, residence within driving distance is preferred.
- Frequent travel to maintain relationships with clinics and staff.
- Use of Google Workspace and other tools as required by your manager.
- Dress code: scrubs (or business casual) when visiting practice locations; business casual for meetings when representing the practices or the business.
