Project Delivery Manager

Complete Technology Services is looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join our growing team!

Complete Technology Services is looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager with expertise in client communication, project management, and leadership. The Project Delivery Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget, while overseeing all aspects of execution and providing leadership to the entire Project Team.

The Project Delivery Manager must be able to handle budgets and timelines when working with customers and internal resources. In addition to owning their own billable utilization target, and monitoring and enforcing billable utilization targets for the team. Success in this role requires exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust, foster collaboration, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

• Recruit, train and support the project team
• Own financial reporting for the division, including tracking revenue, expenses, and profitability against budget
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial data to leadership
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high client satisfaction
• Deliver a set percentage of billable work as part of this role’s contribution to revenue goals
• Monitors and enforce billable utilization targets for the team, while balancing leadership responsibilities
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects and hardware orders
• Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members
• Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
• Creating a collaborative, innovative and efficient working culture
• Optimizing processes and team productivity
• Supervising project documentation
• Taking responsibility for project milestone delivery

• Proven experience in project management, coordination, or project leadership within a related field
• Demonstrated success in managing and motivating teams
• Excellent knowledge of Project Management and Change Order processes
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external resources
• Excellent written and verbal skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
