Apartment Property Manager - Kansas City, MO 64132

Lead a thriving community and take full ownership of property operations, financial performance, and marketing initiatives. This contract role is ideal for an experienced leader with strong HUD/Tax Credit/LIHTC knowledge who can drive results and support residents with professionalism.

Job Description

* To oversee all daily property operations

* To manage budgets, financial reporting & rent performance

* To lead marketing, outreach & occupancy strategies

* To ensure compliance with HUD, Tax Credit & LIHTC regulations

* To utilize Real Page/One Site for reporting and operations

* Contract role | $24/hr | M-F 8am-5pm

Qualifications & Required Skillsets

* Property management industry experience required

* HUD / Tax Credit / LIHTC experience required

* Real Page / One Site proficiency required

* Strong leadership & staff management skills

* Ability to oversee budgets, financials & vendor coordination

* Knowledge of Fair Housing laws

* Strong communication, problem‑solving & customer‑service abilities
