Salary: $56,000 - $62,000

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of an affordable housing community in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will have HUD, LIHTC, or Tax Credit experience and strong leadership skills to drive property performance, resident satisfaction, and team success.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily property operations, leasing, and occupancy goals

* Oversee rent collection, delinquency management, and compliance processes

* Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and Tax Credit regulations

* Lead, train, and motivate on-site staff

* Monitor property budgets and control operating expenses

* Conduct property inspections to maintain curb appeal and community standards

* Provide exceptional resident service and issue resolution

Qualifications

* 1-3+ years of Property Management experience

* HUD / LIHTC / Tax Credit experience required

* Experience with Real Page / One Site preferred

* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

* High school diploma or GED required (bachelor's preferred)

Additional Requirements

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

* Must pass background and drug screening
