AFI is a fast growing vehicle upfitter providing a full suite of solutions to our commercial vehicle customers. Our Graphics Division is looking for a motivated Production Assistant to help provide excellent customer service by engaging in the different aspects of our production process below.

• Assists with day-to-day print production projects
• Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and plotters
• Conducts quality control from start to finish of jobs
• Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make the graphics print-ready
• Communicate closely with our production manager, design and install teams to assure jobs keep on print schedule
• Some sign fabrication, vinyl application
• Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions
• Packing, labeling, and shipping completed jobs
• Other duties as assigned (including inventory and procurement)

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be trustworthy, detail-oriented and highly motivated
• Strong written, verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of some computer design software (Adobe suite)
• Ability to see and understand color and graphics / CMYK vs. RGB / raster vs. vector
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening

• 1+ years of designing/working with vehicle graphics and templates
• Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing
