As a Shipper at Atlas Tube
, a division of Zekelman Industries
, in Kansas City, MO, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient material handling, accurate order fulfillment, and strong inventory flow to support shipping and receiving operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, values accuracy, and prioritizes safety.

Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Pay: $23.50 per hour plus Production Incentive Bonus

• Champion and enforce safe work practices in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare materials, products, and equipment for distribution and shipment.
• Process and fulfill orders from customers and internal teams.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders while verifying accuracy using scanning tools.
• Load shipments onto flatbed trucks or LTL carriers.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and report any damages.
• Replenish warehouse stock and rotate inventory to support timely fulfillment.
• Standardize and optimize shipping and receiving procedures for accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular, full‑time onsite attendance.

• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred, ideally in steel or tubing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment preferred.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and high attention to detail.

• Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Ability to work in a loud manufacturing/industrial setting.
