We are offering an exciting career opportunity for a Maintenance Technician with installation, repairs, and equipment maintenance experience in the industrial sector. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of in-house production equipment according to the Plant’s principles and safety regulations.

• Perform regular services and maintenance procedures, and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance in adherence to plant safety requirements, policies, and OSHA standards
• Complete and close scheduled PM and work orders timely
• Document processes and maintain service records
• Support maintenance of shared equipment within the maintenance shop
• Contribute to overall standardization and process implementation within the Plant
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal business partners

• Minimum of three years’ experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and electrical maintenance, in a manufacturing environment, is required
• Automotive industry experience, with familiarity in interior trim and systems, is highly preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with vision systems and PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) is preferred
• Familiarity with RSLOGIX 5000, or similar software, is preferred
• Experience in robotics, namely Fanuc, a plus
• SAP experience a plus
