Weekend CNC Lathe Operator

Keep our CNC lathes producing through the weekend. This is an experienced-operator role: you'll run production with a small weekend crew and limited supervision, and you'll have four days off every single week.

• Run production on CNC lathes: load and unload parts, start cycles, monitor operation
• Inspect parts in-process with calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges
• Change inserts and make offset adjustments to keep parts in tolerance
• Keep machines fed and uptime high across the weekend
• Flag production or quality concerns clearly for the weekday team
• Maintain a clean, organized work area

• 2+ years of CNC machine operation experience — lathe experience strongly preferred (required)
• Confident with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges)
• Able to work independently and make sound calls with limited weekend supervision
• Dependable attendance — a three-person weekend crew counts on every shift
• Fanuc control familiarity and basic offset/insert experience (preferred)

• Friday–Sunday, three 12-hour shifts — four days off every week
• Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 — every week
