- Use fixtures, jigs, saws, grinders, hand tools, and other approved fabrication equipment safely.

- Inspect your own work for weld quality, fit, dimensions, and overall workmanship.
- Troubleshoot fit-up, distortion, sequence, and fabrication problems.
- Support robotic welding, fixture work, or other fabrication functions when qualified and needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and meet production expectations without sacrificing quality
- Strong MIG welding and metal fabrication ability.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and blueprints.

- Consistent weld quality and ownership of the finished product.
- Practical problem-solving ability and willingness to accept feedback.
- Reliable attendance and safe work habits.
- Two or more years of welding/fabrication experience preferred, or equivalent demonstrated ability.
- Custom fabrication and fit-up experience.
- TIG welding, stainless steel, fixtures, jigs, or robotic welding experience.
- Forklift experience or certification.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Additional company-paid and voluntary benefits according to current AES plan terms.
- Paid holidays and paid time off.
- 401(k) with company match.
- Full-time, year-round manufacturing work.
- Opportunities to cross-train and grow into higher-skill manufacturing roles.
Strong welders can progress into advanced fabrication, robotic welding, senior welder/fabricator, training, fixture development, quality, or lead responsibilities based on demonstrated skill and business need.
How We HireYears of experience help, but they are not everything. Qualified candidates will tour AES and complete a practical welding/fabrication skills assessment.
