We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team.

Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in executing and coordinating NASB’s marketing and communications efforts, with astrong emphasis on social media management and content creation. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 2+ years of experience who is highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Marketing team and internal business partners to help bring campaigns to life, manage content across channels, support internal communications, and ensure projects stay on track from concept through execution.

What

you can expect to work on Social Media & Content (Primary Focus)
  • Manage NASB’s social media presence across platforms (content planning, scheduling, posting, and monitoring).
  • Write, edit, and adapt content for social media, website, email, internal communications, and other channels.
  • Maintain and manage a social media content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages as appropriate, and elevate when needed.
  • Track performance and create basic reports on social media and digital metrics.
  • Stay up to date on social trends, best practices, and platform changes.
Marketing Coordination & Campaign Support
  • Plan, implement, and support marketing campaigns and projects that align with organizational goals.
  • Assist with production of marketing materials and branded collateral.
  • Help manage timelines, deliverables, and internal reviews for marketing projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (deposits, servicing, branches, HR, etc.) to support marketing initiatives.
  • Support development of content for video, print, digital, and other channels.
Communications & Internal Marketing
  • Serve as the internal liaison between marketing and internal business partners, fostering collaboration to enhance brand visibility and ensure alignment of marketing strategies within the company objectives.
  • Assist with drafting and editing internal and external communications.
  • Support the internal marketing newsletter and associate communications.
  • Participate on the NASB Engagement Committee to support associate engagement activities.
  • Champion NASB’s brand, values, and voice across all communications.
Operations & Administrative Support
  • Assist with reporting and basic analysis across marketing platforms and systems.
  • Provide support for lead management, marketing automation, and related marketing systems, including running, updating, and distributing reports as needed.
  • Manage branded collateral and promotional item inventory.
  • Coordinate internal and external events as needed.
  • Work with external vendors and partners.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
