Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator supports local and regional marketing efforts by managing customer-facing platforms, coordinating events and promotions, and creating engaging content that aligns with sales and service initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, collaboration, and execution-bringing marketing plans to life through consistent communication and strong internal alignment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or 2 years of experience in a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Customer portal or CRM-related content management

+ Event planning or trade show coordination

+ B2B marketing or commercial/industrial marketing experience

+ Familiarity with email marketing tools and social scheduling platforms

Working Conditions:

This position operates in a  professional office environment and is largely in office role.

Essential Job Functions:

Customer & Digital Engagement

+ Manage and maintain the customer portal, ensuring accurate, timely, and engaging content

+ Coordinate and distribute newsletters and customer communications

+ Run and manage local social media pages, including scheduling posts, responding to engagement, and promoting events and initiatives

+ Assist with basic content creation, including copy, graphics, and promotional materials

Events & Promotions

+ Serve as the Commercial Events Coordinator for local and regional marketing events

+ Plan and execute internal events, customer events, and trade-related activities

+ Coordinate swag and promotional materials for events, sales teams, and customers

+ Align marketing promotions with sales initiatives to support revenue and engagement goals

Sales & Service Alignment

+ Partner with sales and service teams to support promotions, campaigns, and service opportunities

+ Organize and promote service-focused initiatives and customer outreach efforts

+ Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business priorities and customer needs

Administrative & Coordination Support

+ Track event logistics, timelines, and deliverables

+ Manage vendor relationships related to events, swag, and promotional materials

+ Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications & Skills

+ Experience in marketing coordination, communications, or event planning preferred

+ Strong organizational and project coordination skills

+ Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+

Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation tools

+ Ability to collaborate across sales, service, and operations teams

+ Self-starter with attention to detail and follow-through
