Position SummaryThe Marketing & Communications Associate supports the execution of Integri Shield’s marketing and communication initiatives. This is a hands-on, early-career role focused on coordinating content, managing day-to-day marketing workflows, and supporting social media, blog, email, and event initiatives.
This role focuses on guiding, editing, and refining content rather than original long-form writing. Integri Shield uses tools to support content creation, and the ideal candidate has strong judgment for what effective marketing content looks like and can ensure final materials are accurate, clear, and on-brand.
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Content Support- Use AI tools to assist with drafting marketing content across blog posts, social media, email, and internal materials
- Review, edit, and refine content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and brand alignment
- Support the creation and publishing of blog content related to industry topics, educational resources, and company updates
- Ensure all content meets quality standards before publication
- Assist with managing Integri Shield’s social media accounts, including posting and engagement
- Support Linked In marketing initiatives and ongoing B2B brand presence
- Monitor industry trends and contribute ideas for relevant, timely content
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and contact list management
- Support marketing efforts for company-sponsored or attended events
- Maintain organized marketing calendars, materials, and documentation
- Create basic visual assets using Canva for social posts, presentations, and event materials
- Participate in weekly marketing calls and collaborative brainstorming sessions
- Support Business Development by maintaining up-to-date marketing materials
- Learn internal systems and processes within the first 90 days
- Contribute ideas to improve marketing workflows and processes
- Take on special projects as needed
- Understanding of what effective marketing and communication content looks like
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review content for accuracy and quality
- Comfort using AI tools to generate, edit, and refine content
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience editing or refining AI-generated or templated content
- Familiarity with Canva for marketing or presentation assets
- Familiarity with Linked In marketing, particularly in a B2B environment
Compensation: $45,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience and demonstrated ownership of similar responsibilities.
