Job Summary And Qualifications

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care per department requirements and in accordance with applicable standards of practice. In collaboration with medical providers and the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models. The RN serves as an advocate for patients, families and caregivers and supports the organization’s vision, mission and values to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes.

What you will do in this role:

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identify and report changes in status.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered; document care in the patient record in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs to resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver a holistic treatment plan.
• Interface with healthcare providers and community support systems to coordinate ongoing care for specialized patient groups.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse
• Registered Nurse Diploma
