• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering essential diagnostic tests, and devising personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and treating a range of acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in concert with physicians or independently, depending on your credentials
• Educating patients and their families on prevention, wellness, and effective disease management strategies
• Prescribing medications and therapies aligned with your scope of practice
• Engaging in patient follow‑up and chronic care management

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Missouri
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP‑C, AANP, or ANCC) or a related specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
