• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering essential diagnostic tests, and developing customized care strategies
• Identifying and managing acute, chronic, or episodic illnesses in partnership with physicians or independently (according to your credentials)
• Providing education to patients and families on prevention, wellness, and effective disease management
• Prescribing medications and therapies as permitted by the scope of your practice
• Engaging in patient follow-ups and chronic disease management
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive and seamless patient care
• Accurately documenting patient interactions within electronic medical records (EMR)

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Missouri
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty credential
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or capability to acquire within 90 days)

• Strong clinical skills paired with an empathetic approach to patient care
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with patients, their families, and clinical peers
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment
• Expertise in EMR systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms
