The Cath Lab Manager is a hands on leader who keeps the heart of the Cardiac Cath Lab running smoothly around the clock. This role leads the planning, direction, and daily management of Cath Lab operations and staff to ensure exceptional patient care on a 24 hour basis. The manager partners closely with physicians and the healthcare team to foster collaboration, maintain high clinical standards, and create a positive and efficient work environment.
This position is responsible for meeting all regulatory and accreditation standards while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures. The Cath Lab Manager oversees supplies and equipment, supports smart resource management, and drives both internal and external customer satisfaction. Above all, this leader champions teamwork, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement within the invasive cardiology setting.
Minimum Requirements- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or a graduate degree in Nursing is required.
- Previous experience as a Cath Lab Registered Nurse is required.
- A minimum of two years of leadership experience in an invasive cardiology setting is required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills are essential.
- Certification such as CVIT and a bachelors degree are desirable.
- Current ACLS and BLS certification is required.
- Master's degree in Nursing.
- Electrophysiology Lab experience.

This role requires applicants to live within a 30 minute drive of University Health Truman Medical Center downtown.
