Summary
We provide advanced renal and dialysis care, including hemodialysis, continuous cycler peritoneal dialysis (CCPD), and continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD). Our unit focuses on telemetry monitoring, with a 4:1 patient ratio to ensure manageable workloads and high-quality care. We collaborate closely with physicians, dialysis specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide competent holistic care to patients and families based on the nursing process on assigned units.
- Administer and monitor renal and dialysis treatments, including CCPD and CAPD.
- Perform telemetry monitoring and support patients in a 4:1 patient ratio environment.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Missouri.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, obtained within 1 year of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 1 year of hire.
- Basic computer skills.
- Preferred: 1 year of medical/surgical nursing experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; required:
Associate’s degree in Nursing.
