Hospice Registered Nurse, RN

Overview

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a hospice position providing end‑of‑life care to patients in their homes in the Kansas City, MO area. The role includes a $10,000 first‑year success bonus for key milestones.

• Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in a hospice setting.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end‑of‑life care planning.
• Educate and support patients and families through the end‑of‑life journey.
• Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation.
• Work independently while coordinating with team members.
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory.

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state of Missouri.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 20% of the day to patient locations.
