University Health Lakewood Long Term Care in Kansas City, MO is seeking an LPN Supervisor for the LTC unit. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM (40 hours/week) and leads the unit to ensure residents receive high-quality care per care plans and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities include supervising direct care staff, monitoring care plans, managing admissions/discharges and medication, and coordinating with social services, medical staff, residents and families.
