Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) – start date: ASAP.

Pay Rate: $158,000 – $193,000 plus productivity. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. The position is in a 100% outpatient setting within a well‑established health system on California’s Central Coast.

• $158,000 – $193,000 + productivity
• Monday–Friday, 8–5 | No call
• Outpatient only – adults (18+)
• Established, team‑based practice

• 2 Endocrinologists (adding a 3rd)
• 5 APPs + 3 CDCES
• Paired with UCSF Pediatric Endocrinology
• Dedicated Social Worker

• Manage endocrine and diabetes care in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with physicians and diabetes educators
• Focus on follow‑ups, treatment plans, and care coordination

• NP or PA
• Spanish required
• Open to new grads or experienced providers
• Strong clinical and communication skills

• 30 days PTO
• $2,000 CME + 5 days

The facility is located in Salinas, central California, just eight miles from the Pacific Ocean. It offers close proximity to the San Francisco and San Jose areas, as well as Carmel‑by‑the‑Sea, Big Sur, and Pebble Beach.
