RN Clinical Supervisor Primary Care Clinic

Overview

We are hiring a Registered Nurse Clinic Supervisor for our Primary Care Clinic at the Plaza.

The Shift: This is a Monday through Friday day shift position working 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Kansas/Missouri RN license required.

2 years of experience preferred. Supervising 30-45 clinical employees.

• Coordinate with the Primary Care Clinic Supervisor to oversee staff focused on ancillary services including lab and x-ray, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine patients.
• Manage specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned.
• Supervise assigned clinical departments.
• Train and develop assigned employees, including hiring decisions, discipline, and staff evaluations.
• Assist clinical staff and cover clinical duties as needed.
• Prior supervisor or manager experience preferred.

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Kansas or Missouri.
• 2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Full-time day shift.
