Pay: $1,512 to $2,116.80 gross per week
Assignment length: 12 weeks
Responsibilities- Prepare the operating room, ensure cleanliness, verify equipment functionality.
- Assist preparing the patient for surgery, including identity and site verification, patient positioning, pre-operative procedures.
- Document pertinent information before, during, after the surgical procedure, including vital signs, medications, specimens, and implants.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- Current and valid state RN License
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Current ACLS (AHA) certificate required
- Current PALS (AHA) certificate required
- Minimum of one year previous Perioperative experience
Additional Qualifications That Are a Plus:
- Certified Nurse OR (CNOR) Certification (AORN)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
