- Schedule: Full-time, typical shift, 40 hours/week
- Duration: Permanent position
- Credentials: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NP), no PAs, FNP, or PNP accepted
- Experience: New grads welcome; previous neonatal experience preferred but not required
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (Competitive pay package discussed upon application)

- Provide neonatal care in an experienced NICU team across multiple Saint Luke’s locations
- Participate in family-centered care and NICU family support programs
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Support well-baby coverage and advanced ventilator support
- Mentor and train new nursing staff and residents
Required:
- Board Certified Neonatal NP license (no exceptions)
- Active Missouri licensure or ability to obtain
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Neonatal ICU experience (new grads considered)
- Passion for family-centered neonatal care
