Job Description
Saint Luke's South has an opportunity for a Nuclear Cardiology Nurse to supervise exercise and pharmacologic stress testing for inpatients and outpatients. The team sees roughly 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient population. Staff interpret advanced ECGs and arrhythmias, handle radioactive material, and care for adult and geriatric patients. The role is embedded in a supportive environment that values teamwork, continuous improvement, and patient-centered care.
Hours8‑hour shifts Monday – Friday. No weekends and no on‑call duties.
Responsibilities- Accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
- Perform patient care, delegate tasks, and supervise other patient‑care staff.
- Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consult with other healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Demonstrate proficiency and adhere to policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
- 2 years applicable experience.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA or Red Cross);
Basic Life Support (AHA or Red Cross);
Registered Nurse (MO) Multi‑State – NURSYS. - Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Full‑time, day‑shift position in the United States.
