Job DescriptionThe Clinical Educator Infusion RN is a hybrid clinical and leadership role. This person is the clinical backbone of our team: the onenurses call when they have a question in the field, the person who sets the standard for how we document and care for patients, and the one who makes surewe're always audit-ready. If you're a seasoned infusion nurse who wants to grow beyond the bedside without leaving clinical work entirely, this role was builtfor you.
What You'll Do- Clinical Resource & Support — Serve as the go-to clinical resource for field nurses — answer infusion-related questions in real time
- Troubleshoot clinical scenarios in the field and provide guidance on therapy management
- Support nurses with complex patient situations and escalations
- Participate in nurse interviews— screen for clinical competency, infusion experience, and culture fit
- Lead clinical onboarding for allnew nurses — competency check-offs, IV skills validation, therapy-specific training
- Build and maintain onboarding materials, clinical protocols, and therapy education resources
- Develop ongoing education forthe nursing team including annual competencies and new therapy rollouts
- Serve as the designated
Alternate Director of Nursing when the DON is on vacation.

- Active RN license in good standing with ER, ICU, or Infusion experience (multi-state or compact preferred)
- 2+ years of infusion or IVtherapy experience — IVIG, biologics, or specialty infusion strongly preferred
- Experience in a home health,home infusion, or ambulatory infusion setting preferred
- Comfort with regulatory and quality documentation (HHA, ACHC, or Joint Commission familiarity a plus)
- Strong communicator —comfortable leading nurse interviews and providing clinical feedback
- Self-directed, organized, and atease in a startup environment
- IgCN or CRNI certification a plus, not required
$75,000 – $85,000 depending on experience
