Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:
  • Current, valid LPN license in the State of Missouri
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • COVID-19 vaccination (or willingness to receive)
LPN

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans
  • Monitor residents' health and report changes in condition
  • Administer medications and perform routine medical tasks (wound care, vitals, specimen collection, etc.)
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Document resident history, vital signs, and care interventions
  • Foster resident engagement and social interaction
  • Work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the Director of Nursing to deliver top-tier care
  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all residents
