Operating Room Registered Nurse

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Operating Room procedures to provide high-quality surgical care in a fast-paced hospital environment. This role involves supporting a variety of complex surgeries and ensuring patient safety throughout perioperative processes.

• Coordinate and assist in surgical procedures within the operating room setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes during surgery.
• Prepare and manage surgical equipment and sterile supplies.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient care activities accurately using the hospital’s documentation system.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a sterile environment.

• Valid RN license with recent operating room experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in OR skills, including procedures on trauma, cardiac, orthopedic, neurosurgery, urology, gynecological, and robotics surgeries.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
