Registered Nurse – IMC​/PCU​/Stepdown

Job Summary:

Seeking experienced registered nurses for ICU/PCU/Stepdown units specializing in adult care and trauma. The role requires providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment, with a focus on patient safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies, including hemodynamic drips.
• Perform procedures such as line insertions, dressing changes, and chest tube maintenance.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to abnormal findings using advanced cardiac equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including burn surgeons, intensivists, and therapists.
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech and adhere to bedside shift report standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with active MO license.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU/PCU or stepdown experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required; NIH and ABLS preferred.
• Proficient in cardiac rhythm interpretation and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Ability to perform advanced procedures and deliver trauma patient care effectively.
