Hours Per Week: 4

• Support patients through pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care for cardiovascular and interventional procedures.
• Work side-by-side with cardiologists during catheterizations and interventions, assisting with life-saving emergency procedures when needed.
• Set up, calibrate, and monitor electrical and hemodynamic systems to record real-time data and guide treatment.
• Deliver safe, skilled, compassionate nursing care using the full nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate.
• Collaborate with the care team and families to tailor each patient’s care plan and ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Stay calm and focused in urgent situations—your training and critical thinking shine when it matters most.
• Provide service with professionalism, integrity, and heart—every patient, every time.

• ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the State of Missouri.
• Active BCLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least one (1) year of prior Cath Lab experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of the cardiovascular system and related procedures.
• Excellent communication skills—clear, calm, and effective with patients and teammates.
• Confidence and ability to act independently in fast-paced or critical situations.

For this role, you must live within a 30 minute drive to University Health TMC (downtown Kansas City, MO) to be able to meet on-call requirements.
