Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Clinical Excellence, Collegial Team, Desirable Midwest We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team of experienced providers!

• The system includes a 49-bed, Level-IIIB NICU, a 15-bed Level-IIIA NICU, as well as one Level-II NICU and well-baby coverage.
• Saint Luke’s Hospital is a regional perinatal referral center with more than 460 admissions annually, offering comprehensive neonatal care including advanced ventilator support and a collegial working environment.
• Saint Luke’s Hospital partners with March of Dimes to offer the NICU Family Support® program, providing education and critical information for families and family-centered care training for staff.
• The hospital has Angel Eye, a secure monitor that allows loved ones to see babies in the NICU from anywhere.
• Saint Luke’s Hospital and Saint Luke’s East feature large individual suites for multiples and their parents.
• Active NNP involvement in the practice’s quality‑improvement initiatives, unit function, and education is encouraged.
• We have a comprehensive new‑grad program to help transition from student NNP to novice NNP, including tailored professional development and mentorship.
