    Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.

    -5:00 p.m.
  • Holiday requirement, 1 major holiday and 1 minor holiday per year
  • Opportunity for additional shifts
  • Expected to make up to 5 visits per day with alotted time to complete patient documentation
  • Highly autonomous and functions with minimal supervision
  • Weekly interdisciplinary meetings
  • 24/7 support from our full-time Board Certified physicians and APRNs, Chaplains and Social Workers
  • Interdisciplinary team work to support outstanding patient and family care
Position

Description:

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary hospice team in providing high quality, expert care to our seriously ill patients. Our RN Case Manager is a vital part of our hospice team providing comfort, care, support and education to our patients and their loved ones.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Requirements:
  • Valid, unencumbered Missouri and Kansas RN or compact license to include both states
  • Minimum of one year bedside experience in caring for hospice patients is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others; and to prepare and present information in oral and written formats
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines; must schedule and manage time effectively
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance plus reliable transportation
  • CPR certification required
