Requested Skill Set:

Care Planning:
Developing individualized care plans based on the needs of patients with mental health and behavioral issues. This includes setting goals, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes.

Medication Management:
Administering psychiatric medications and monitoring for side effects or adverse reactions. Knowledge of psychotropic medications

Crisis Intervention:
Providing immediate, short-term support to patients in crisis (e.g., suicidal ideation, aggression). This includes de-escalation techniques and appropriate medication management.

Therapeutic Communication:
Building trust and rapport with patients through effective communication skills, active listening, and empathy.
