Job DescriptionAdminister oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications. Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses. Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure overall well-being. Manage patient access to healthcare and connect individuals with community resources. Conduct medication reviews to identify potential side effects and drug interactions. Accurately document patient medical history using electronic health records. Utilize advanced clinical expertise to deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
CriticalInformation
Shifts are between 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours. Work schedule includes two or three weekdays and every other weekend, with some major holidays required.
Education / Licenses NeededA full, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in the United States. Minimum of one year of related work experience in a healthcare setting.
