Licensed Practical Nurse

Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality bedside care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The LPN supports RNs and providers by administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and documenting care accurately in the EHR. Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate bedside nursing care under RN and provider direction
• Administer medications and treatments per LPN scope and hospital policy
• Monitor and document vital signs, patient status, and responses to care in the EHRAssist with admissions, discharges, and patient education to promote safe transitions
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans and quality outcomes
• Maintain infection prevention, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team to support patient-centered care
