Saint Luke's is looking for a Wound Care RN!
Schedule:
Monday-Friday shifts, various days position as needed during week, no weekend requirement.
Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City looking for a Wound Care Registered Nurse to join our highly supportive and collaborative team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the patients in the inpatient setting. You will initiate actions to improve nursing practice, patient care and unit processes to ensure our vision, “The best place to get care. The best place to give care.”

- Perform wound care assessments
- Demonstrate increasing discriminatory judgment in interpreting data and prioritize appropriately
- Serve as a day to day resource to colleagues at unit and departmental levels
- Collaborate with physicians
- Make Recommendations
- Assist with quarterly surveys
We are looking for nurses who enjoy collaborating with various professionals, who are excited by teaching others and can work well independently. This position will require a lot of autonomy in your day-to-day work. Strong communication and ability to educate others is required to be successful in this position. If you love innovation, fast-paced environments, working with multidisciplinary teams, and helping other succeed, then this may be the position for you.
Job Requirements- 1 year Basic Life Support
- American Heart Association or Red Cross - Registered Nurse
- Various Associate Degree
- Full Time Day (United States of America)
