Heartland Hospice, part of Gentiva, is seeking an After Hours / On-Call Hospice RN to respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, providing compassionate care in patients’ homes.
You’ll report to leadership, coordinate with the hospice team, and document visits while maintaining continuity of care with the daytime staff. A valid RN license and CPR are required.
