We’re growing and looking for an well‑organized, dedicated, and compassionate RN to join our amazing team at our Saint Luke’s Women’s Health North Clinic!
- Monday
- Friday 8am - 4:30pm - No Nights, No Weekends!
- MO and KS RN License required
- Previous Triage and Labor and Delivery and/or Women’s Health experience preferred
This individual will primarily be responsible for providing phone triage and medical advice to our OBGYN patients; however, as we are a team that supports each other, this position would be trained in all clinical aspects of the office.
Key responsibilities- Assess patient symptoms, provide clinical guidance and/or patient education based on established protocols and guidelines, and document accordingly
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to provide outstanding, quality and evidence based care
- Manage emergent calls and respond to critical situations
- Notify patients of test results as instructed by healthcare providers
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA
We need someone who is able to work in a team atmosphere, as well as autonomously with excellent customer service skills and maintains a professional demeanor at all times.
