Heartland Hospice is seeking an After Hours / On-Call Hospice RN to respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will provide direct care, coordinate with the hospice team, and document visits, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus available.
Responsibilities include acting as primary liaison, triaging urgent calls, and ensuring continuity of care with the daytime team. Strong EMR skills and a valid CA or state RN license are required.
