Job OverviewJoin our client's extraordinary care team as a Hospice After Hours RN and make a difference in patients' lives. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and a supportive work environment.
Qualifications Required- Associate degree or higher
- Hospice (2+ years)
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- Tru Chart EHR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Missouri (MO)
Please provide your RN License number. (Required for Submittal)
Key Responsibilities- Provide management and delivery of patient care plans
- Support patients in Glen Carbon and surrounding areas
- Reward the accomplishment of key achievements during the first year
7 days on followed by 7 days off:
Mon-Thurs: 5P to 8A;
Friday
- Sunday: 8A to 8A (would more the less be a on call position during the weekends) - (2) holidays per year – 1 summer & 1 winter; 3 floating holidays
