- Support neonatal stabilization and ventilator management in a Level-IIIB and Level-IIIA NICU environment

- Collaborate with hospital staff and family-centered care teams to improve patient outcomes
- Engage in mentorship and professional development opportunities, including a tailored new grad program
- Contribute to perinatal and neonatal care practices at a regional referral center
Required:
- Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (Pediatric NP or other certifications not accepted)
- Valid licensure to practice in Missouri
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Prior neonatal intensive care experience (new grads are welcome)
- Ability to participate actively in quality improvement and education
