What the work looks like:
Typical hospital RN responsibilities, including patient assessments, medication administration, treatments, documentation, care coordination, monitoring changes in condition, and communicating with physicians and the care team.
What we expect:
- Comfort stepping into different hospital environments and adapting quickly to unit workflows
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently within your RN scope
- Dependable availability and professional follow-through
- Active Missouri RN license or applicable compact license
- At least 6 months of recent hospital RN experience required
- Current BLS/CPR required
- Current ACLS strongly preferred and required for some assignments
- Reliable transportation
- Current TB testing or screening as required
