Swope Health is seeking a Day Center CNA to join the PACE KC care team. You will assist with daily participant care, monitor vitals, prepare exam rooms, and coordinate with nurses and physicians.
You will document in the EMR, help with care plans, and support transport to appointments. A strong foundation in geriatric care and teamwork is required; vaccination against COVID-19 per policy.
